Family adventure holidays in Patagonia: Mountains and Glaciers

In this wonderful tour you can enjoy the best adventure in Argentina with your family from the end of the world, passing through the glaciers in Calafate and ending in the main city of the lake district, Bariloche. You can do canopy, rafting, canoeing and more. Live the adrenaline and nature like never before!

Day 1: Buenos Aires – City Tour

In the afternoon enjoy a City Tour to visit Plaza de Mayo where the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Casa Rosada are located, the Colón Theater, La Boca with its famous Caminito Street and Puerto Madero area with its fancy restaurants.

Day 2: Visit to Temaiken Bio-Park

We will discover a unique park in Latin America where nature amazes and teaches. Located just 50 kms from the City of Buenos Aires Temaiken is a fantastic place to enjoy and learn about our fauna in its natural environment including sharks swimming just a few inches from our heads. Temaiken Bio-park is a fantastic experience for all ages!

Day 3: Buenos Aires – Ushuaia

Fly to Ushuaia.

Day 4: National Park Trekking and Canoeing

We will explore the southernmost Park in a different way, doing trekking along the Beagle Channel shore and canoeing in Lapataia Bay. This activityinvites you to enjoy among the nature of the Tierra del Fuego National Park. We will have lunch in our cozy tents while we observe the beauty of the World’s end.

Day 5: Hike with penguins with Sailing on the Beagle Channel

Leaving from the Tourist Pier we willhead to the legendary Estancia Harberton and from there we will sail to Martillo Island for about 15 minutes in a semi-rigid boat. Upon arrival we will enjoy a1-hour hike with penguins among the friendly Magellanic Penguins and Papuans accompanied by a specialized guide.

Day 6: Ushuaia – Calafate

Fly to Calafate.

Day 7: May Spirit Trek and sailing

This amazing activity combines sailing and trekking discovering some glaciers which are only reachable by boat. We will observe the Cerro Mayo and Cerro Negro glaciers, located within the Seno Mayo of the Argentino Lake.
We will be able to enjoy the scenery before boarding back and sailing towards to the north face of the Perito Moreno where they we will have access to the walkways.

Day 8: Ice Trekking at Perito Moreno Glacier (For ages 10+)

We will embark in the Bajo de las Sombras port, and after 20 minutes of sailing, we will reach the southwest coast, accessing the refuge to start the trek on the Glacier. We will start a walk along the shore until we reach the edge of the ice. The Ice trekking at Perito Moreno Glacier is an hour and a half long.

Day 9: Calafate - Bariloche

Fly to Bariloche.

Day 10: Canopy in Cerro Lopez and Chocolate Tasting

We will do Canopy in Cerro Lopez which brings us closer to the great biodiversity of the Andean Patagonian forest. We will experience the feeling of flying between the trees.
In the afternoon enjoy a Chocolate and sweet tasting in a picturesque local Chocolaterie. An amazing journey through flavors and aromas.

Day 11: Rafting in Manso River (For ages 5+)

We we will ride along the Route 40 passing by the Gutiérrez, Mascardi and Guillermo Lakes. Upon arrival at the lower section of the river will be enjoy a snack while we prepare for the rafting that will last 4 hours through 11 km. Surrounded with wild fauna and flora in a natural environment we will enjoy an amazing scenery.

Day12: Small Circuit. Bariloche - Buenos Aires

Tour the Small Circuit along wonderful landscapes in the surroundings having the best views. Nahuel Huapi Lake and Campanario mount are among the highlights of this experience.
In the afternoon fly to Buenos Aires

Day 13: Estancia and countryside Experience

Visit the countryside for a full-day at an Estancia in the Pampas. Enjoy all ranch activities: a traditional folk show, a BBQ lunch, wine and a performance of the gaucho’s fantastic horse-riding skills. For the kids there is also an animal farm and Sulky rides.

Day 14: End of the tour

Say goodbye and transfer to the airport.
